Common questions
The Reeplayer Go subscription costs $99 per month, which is billed annually at $1,188. This subscription includes the Reeplayer camera and iOS mobile app access for all users. When you place your order, you will need to purchase a protective carrying case for $99. We highly recommend that you also purchase a tripod and mount for $399, as this will ensure the best possible recording experience.

This model supports our mission and delivers cutting-edge technology to all.
We produce and ship Reeplayer cameras in batches. New orders are set for delivery in October. Orders are assigned to batches as they come in, so act fast as batches fill up quickly.
Your subscription starts the day your camera is delivered and renews annually. For example, if delivered on June 1, 2024, it runs until May 31, 2025. You can cancel and return the camera at any time before renewal.
Reeplayer cameras have everything you need to go live, no need for pricey data plans or SIM cards tied to one provider. Our smart connectivity automatically finds the strongest cellular signal, wherever you are. Live streaming is currently in public beta and is expected to launch in September. It will be available as an add-on or included in a subscription plan. Pricing will range from $25 to $37 per stream, covering data for a full game, including overtime, with unlimited viewers. Streams are accessible to anyone with a unique link—watch on a phone, computer, or cast to a TV.
You lease the camera. It is included in the Reeplayer Go subscription and yours to keep as long as your subscription is active. This is beneficial for two reasons:
- The up-front cost is significantly lower. To get started, you just have to purchase a Reeplayer Go subscription, a carrying case, and the tripod & mount (if you choose.)
- You will always have access to the latest and greatest from Reeplayer. When we upgrade the system or lenses, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and update your unit for a nominal upgrade fee.
Our goal is not to sell you a new camera every year; we aim to provide the best camera in the market at the most competitive price.
At Reeplayer, we value our community. We are committed to providing excellent customer support and ensuring that your experience with us is positive. That said, if you for some reason are unhappy with our service, you can cancel your subscription and return your camera within two weeks of its delivery for a full refund. If you don’t want to renew your subscription after one year, you are free to cancel and return the camera at the end of your subscription period.
As of now, Reeplayer is exclusively available in the United States. However, we are excited about the prospect of expanding to other countries soon! If you are from a different country and interested in using Reeplayer, please fill out this short form to express your interest.
