Our Reeplayer Go subscription costs $99 per month, which is billed annually at $1,188. This subscription includes the camera and iOS mobile app access for unlimited users. When you place your first order, you will need to purchase a protective carrying case for a one-time fee of $99. We highly recommend that you also purchase a tripod and mount for a one-time fee of $399, as this will ensure the best possible recording experience.
We are able to provide our cameras without up-front charges due to our unique approach, which includes:
- Batch processing: By manufacturing our cameras in batches, we can optimize production costs and pass the savings on to our customers.
- Community funding: Our passionate community supports the development and manufacturing of our cameras, enabling us to offer them without up-front charges.
- Self-sustaining model: Each order contributes to funding and fulfilling our manufacturing line, creating a cycle of continuous improvement and growth.
This approach ensures a positive experience for our customers while sustaining our mission to provide accessible, cutting-edge technology for all.
Reeplayer cameras are produced and shipped in batches. We are currently taking orders for our June 2024 delivery. Orders are assigned to a batch as soon as they are placed, but batches fill up quickly. To start recording and sharing soccer matches as soon as possible, place your order today!
Your subscription starts the date your camera ships and renews after one year. For example, if you place an order today that ships on June 1, 2024, your subscription runs from June 1, 2024, to May 31, 2025. If you don’t want to renew after one year, you can cancel your subscription and return the camera.
You lease the camera. It is included in the Reeplayer Go subscription and yours to keep as long as your subscription is active. This is beneficial for two reasons:
- The up-front cost is significantly lower. To get started, you just have to purchase a Reeplayer Go subscription, a carrying case, and the tripod & mount (if you choose.)
- You will always have access to the latest and greatest from Reeplayer. When we upgrade the system or lenses, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and update your unit for a nominal upgrade fee.
Our goal is not to sell you a new camera every year; we aim to provide the best camera in the market at the most competitive price.
At Reeplayer, we value our community. We are committed to providing excellent customer support and ensuring that your experience with us is positive. That said, if you for some reason are unhappy with our service, you can cancel your subscription and return your camera within two weeks of its delivery for a full refund. If you don’t want to renew your subscription after one year, you are free to cancel and return the camera at the end of your subscription period.
